website www.mythrafashion.com (the "Website") and are applicable to all users
who browse, register, or place orders on the Website (referred to as "you" or
"the Customer").
By visiting the Website or making a purchase, you confirm that you have read,
understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please
discontinue use of the Website immediately.
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time to reflect changes
in our business, products, services, or applicable laws. The most current version
will always be available on this page and will govern all transactions. Your
continued use of the Website after any update constitutes acceptance of the

- Be a resident of India (we currently ship within India only)
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
and checkout
1.2 By creating an account or placing an order, you represent that you meet
all eligibility requirements above. We reserve the right to refuse service
or cancel orders if eligibility conditions are not met.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
2.1 You may browse our Website without creating an account. However, creating
an account enables order history, faster checkout, returns management, and
access to loyalty rewards.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
credentials. We strongly recommend using a strong, unique password.
2.3 You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
3.1 We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, materials,
dimensions, and pricing on our Website are accurate. However, slight
variations in colour may occur due to screen settings, photography lighting,
or manufacturing batches.
3.2 We do not guarantee that the Website will be error-free at all times. In
the event of a significant pricing or description error, we reserve the right
to cancel an order and notify you accordingly. A full refund will be issued
for any amounts already paid.
3.3 All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to
discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.
3.4 Product images on the Website are for illustrative purposes. While we strive
to represent products accurately, the actual product may differ slightly from
the image displayed.

4. PRICING AND TAXES
4.1 All prices listed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are
inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless stated otherwise.
4.2 Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your
order is the price displayed at the time of checkout confirmation.
4.3 In the event that a GST rate change or tax adjustment occurs after your order
is placed but before dispatch, we will update pricing in accordance with the
applicable rate without separate notification.
4.4 Promotional prices, discount codes, and offers are valid only for the
specified duration and cannot be combined with other ongoing offers unless
explicitly stated.
4.5 We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors discovered after an order
is placed. In such cases, we will contact you and offer the option to proceed
at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

5. ORDER PLACEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
5.1 Placing an order on our Website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected
product(s) at the stated price and under these Terms and Conditions.
5.2 The order process is as follows:
Step 1 — Product Selection: Browse the Website, choose your product(s),
select size, colour, and quantity, and add to your cart.
Step 2 — Checkout: Review your cart, confirm delivery address, and choose
your preferred payment method (prepaid or Cash on Delivery).
Step 3 — Payment: Complete payment through our secure payment gateway
(Razorpay). For COD orders, payment is collected at the time of delivery.
Step 4 — Order Confirmation: Upon successful payment (or COD verification
via OTP), you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS with
your Order ID and estimated delivery details.
5.3 An order is considered accepted only when you receive an order confirmation
from us. We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order at our discretion,
including but not limited to cases of:
- Stock unavailability after order placement
- Pricing errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Incorrect or undeliverable address
- Failed payment authorisation
In all such cases, a full refund will be issued for any amount already paid.
5.4 COD Order Verification: For all Cash on Delivery orders, an OTP-based
verification may be sent to your registered mobile number to confirm order
authenticity. Orders where verification is not completed may be cancelled
by us.

6. PAYMENT
6.1 We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express)
- Debit Cards
- UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
- Net Banking
- EMI (available on select cards for orders above INR 3,000)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — subject to eligibility and pincode availability
6.2 All online payments are processed through Razorpay, a certified and
secure payment gateway. We do not store your card, CVV, or banking
credentials on our servers.
6.3 A COD handling charge of INR 50 is applicable on Cash on Delivery orders.
This charge is non-refundable.
6.4 COD may not be available for all pincodes, and may be restricted or removed
at our discretion based on delivery area or order history.
6.5 Any failed payment transactions must be re-attempted. Mythrafashion is not
responsible for bank charges, overdraft fees, or delays arising from payment
failures.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1 All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, images,
graphics, logos, videos, icons, and brand elements, is the exclusive
intellectual property of Mythra Lifestyle Private Limited or its licensors.
7.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of this
content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
7.3 The Mythrafashion name, logo, and brand identity are proprietary trademarks.
Unauthorised use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited.
7.4 User-generated content submitted to us (reviews, photos, testimonials) may
be used by us for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes with
appropriate credit, unless you explicitly request otherwise.

8. PROHIBITED USE
By using our Website, you agree not to:
(a) Use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable
local, national, or international law or regulation.
(b) Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration,
checkout, or any interaction with us.
(c) Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our Website, our servers,
or any systems connected to our Website.
(d) Engage in any activity that disrupts, interferes with, or harms the
Website's functionality, security, or other users' experience.
(e) Use automated tools, bots, crawlers, or scrapers to extract data from the
Website without our express written permission.
(f) Resell products purchased from Mythrafashion for commercial profit without
our prior written authorisation.
(g) Misuse our return, refund, or COD policy, including placing orders with
no intention of accepting delivery.
(h) Upload or transmit any content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory,
obscene, or in violation of any third party's rights.
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate suspension of your account,
cancellation of orders, and/or legal action where applicable.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

9.2 To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including but
