OVERVIEW

At Mythrafashion, we want every purchase you make to be a decision you feel
great about. We understand that sometimes things don't work out — a size is off,
a product arrives damaged, or you simply change your mind. This policy explains
clearly and fairly what you can expect from us in those situations.

We are a direct-to-consumer lifestyle brand committed to making your post-purchase
experience as smooth as your shopping experience. Please read this policy carefully
before placing an order.

1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

1.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our
warehouse. To cancel:

  - Log in to your account at www.mythrafashion.com
  - Go to "My Orders" → Select the order → Click "Cancel Order"
  - Alternatively, email support@mythrafashion.com with your order ID

Once cancellation is confirmed:
  - Prepaid orders: Full refund will be processed to the original payment method
    within 5–7 business days.
  - COD orders: No payment has been made, so no refund is applicable.

1.2 Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer
wish to receive the order, you may:

  - Refuse delivery at the doorstep. The package will be returned to us.
  - Once we receive the returned package, a refund (excluding any applicable
    handling charges) will be processed for prepaid orders within 7–10 business
    days.

Please note: Repeated order refusals or cancellations, especially for COD
orders, may result in COD being restricted on your account.

2. RETURN POLICY

2.1 Return Window

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Requests raised after
7 days of delivery will not be entertained, except in cases of defective or
incorrect items (see Section 4).

2.2 Conditions for Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  - The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  - All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached.
  - The product must not have been altered, customised, or damaged after receipt.
  - A clear unboxing video or photograph of the product and packaging must be
    submitted at the time of raising the return request (mandatory for claims
    of damage or defect).
  - The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery confirmation.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  - Items purchased under final sale, special promotions, or clearance
    (unless defective)
  - Items that have been used, washed, or worn
  - Gift cards or store credits
  - Eyewear where the protective film, lens stickers, or hygiene seals have
    been removed (for hygiene reasons)
  - Items returned without original packaging or tags
  - Any item explicitly marked "Non-Returnable" on the product page

2.4 How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Log in to your account → Go to "My Orders" → Select the relevant
        order → Click "Return / Exchange."

Step 2: Select the item(s) to return, provide the reason for return, and
        upload supporting images or video.

Step 3: Our team will review your request within 2 business days and notify
        you of approval or rejection via email.

Step 4: If approved, a reverse pickup will be scheduled through our logistics
        partner. Please ensure the item is securely packed in its original
        packaging before handover.

Step 5: Once the returned item is received at our warehouse and passes quality
        inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed.

3. EXCHANGE POLICY

3.1 Exchanges are accepted for:
  - Size issues (different size in the same product and colour)
  - Colour exchanges (subject to availability)

3.2 Exchange conditions are the same as return conditions (see Section 2.2).

3.3 Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested variant is
    not available, we will offer you a full refund or store credit.

3.4 Once the returned item passes our quality check, the exchange item will be
    dispatched within 5–7 business days.

3.5 Only one exchange is permitted per order.

4. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We take quality very seriously. If you receive an item that is:
  - Physically damaged during shipping
  - Defective or has a manufacturing defect
  - Incorrect (wrong product, wrong size, wrong colour)

Please follow these steps:

  (a) Do not use or tamper with the item.
  (b) Email support@mythrafashion.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
        - Your order ID
        - A clear photograph of the item showing the defect or damage
        - A photograph of the outer packaging (to confirm shipping damage)
        - An unboxing video is strongly recommended and may be required for
          shipping damage claims

  (c) Our team will review your submission within 2–3 business days.
  (d) If verified:
        - We will arrange a free reverse pickup at no cost to you.
        - You may choose a full refund to the original payment method,
          a replacement of the same item, or store credit with 10% bonus value.

Claims raised beyond 48 hours of delivery for damaged/incorrect items may not
be accepted unless there are extenuating circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case
basis.

5. REFUND PROCESS

5.1 Refund Methods

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method as follows:

  - Credit / Debit Card: 5–7 business days after refund initiation
  - UPI (BHIM, GPay, PhonePe, Paytm): 3–5 business days
  - Net Banking: 5–7 business days
  - Razorpay Wallet: 2–3 business days
  - COD Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be issued as store credit
    by default, which can be used on your next purchase. Bank transfer
    refunds for COD are available upon request and may take 7–10 business days.

5.2 Refund Timeline from Return Receipt

Once the returned item is received at our warehouse and passes quality inspection:
  - Refund is initiated within 2 business days of quality check completion.
  - After initiation, the above bank processing timelines apply.

5.3 Shipping Charges

  - Original shipping charges (if any were paid) are non-refundable unless
    the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
  - For defective/incorrect items, Mythrafashion will bear the cost of
    reverse pickup. For all other returns, reverse pickup charges of
    INR 75–100 may be deducted from the refund amount at our discretion,
    depending on the location and courier partner.

6. STORE CREDIT

As an alternative to a refund, you may opt for Mythrafashion Store Credit
("Mythra Credits") which:

  - Has no expiry date
  - Can be used on any future purchase on www.mythrafashion.com
  - Cannot be converted to cash
  - Are non-transferable

7. QUALITY CHECK FAILURE

If a returned item does not pass our quality inspection (i.e., it shows signs
of use, tags removed, packaging damaged, or does not match the reported reason
for return), the return will be rejected. In such cases:

  - We will notify you within 2 business days with details.
  - The item will be shipped back to you at no additional charge.
  - No refund or exchange will be processed.

8. IMPORTANT NOTES

  - We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of suspected
    misuse of our return policy, including repeated return patterns or
    attempts to return items that do not belong to us.

  - Mythrafashion does not accept or process returns handed over directly to
    delivery agents without a prior approved return request in our system.

  - All return-related decisions by our quality inspection team are final.

  - Processing timelines may be extended during festive seasons, sale periods,
    or unforeseen disruptions (natural disasters, courier strikes, etc.).
