OVERVIEW
At Mythrafashion, we believe that fast, safe, and transparent delivery is as
important as the product itself. This Shipping Policy details everything you
need to know about how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders across India.
We partner with leading logistics providers to ensure your order reaches you
in the best condition, on time, and with real-time tracking at every step.

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
1.1 We currently ship across India — to all serviceable pincodes.
1.2 International shipping is not available at this time. We hope to expand
our delivery reach globally in the near future. You can sign up for updates
at www.mythrafashion.com.
1.3 We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or addresses that cannot be verified.
1.4 Serviceability may vary by pincode. If your pincode is not serviceable, you
will be notified at the time of checkout.

2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
2.1 Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of placement and payment confirmation,
excluding Sundays and declared public holidays.
2.2 For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, processing begins only after OTP-based
order confirmation has been completed by the customer. Unconfirmed COD orders
will be held for up to 30 minutes before being automatically cancelled.
2.3 During peak periods such as festive sales, new collection launches, or
special promotions, processing time may extend to 48–72 hours. We will
communicate any such delays via email or SMS.
2.4 Orders placed after 3:00 PM IST on weekdays or on a Saturday/Sunday will
typically be processed on the next working day.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES
Delivery timelines begin from the date of dispatch (not the date of order placement).
METRO CITIES (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune):
Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
TIER 2 AND TIER 3 CITIES:
Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days
REMOTE / RURAL AREAS:
Standard Delivery: 7–10 business days
These are estimated timelines and not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery
may vary based on courier partner capacity, weather conditions, public holidays,
or other unforeseen circumstances.
Business days refer to Monday to Saturday, excluding national and regional
public holidays.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES
4.1 FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders above INR 499.
4.2 For prepaid orders below INR 499: A flat shipping charge of INR 49 applies.
4.3 CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) ORDERS:
- A COD handling charge of INR 50 is applicable on all COD orders, in
addition to any applicable shipping charges.
- This charge is non-refundable under all circumstances, including
if the order is returned or refused at delivery.
4.4 Express / Priority Delivery: Not currently available. We are working on
introducing this option for select pincodes in the near future.
4.5 Shipping charges are displayed clearly at the checkout page before you
confirm your order.

5. ORDER TRACKING
5.1 Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation
via email and SMS containing:
- Your tracking number / AWB number
- The name of the logistics partner handling your delivery
- A direct tracking link to monitor your delivery in real-time
5.2 You can also track your order at any time by:
- Logging in to your account at www.mythrafashion.com → My Orders → Track
- Contacting us at support@mythrafashion.com with your Order ID
5.3 Tracking information may take up to 12–24 hours to reflect an update after
dispatch, as courier systems sync at intervals.

6. LOGISTICS PARTNERS
We work with trusted courier and logistics partners including but not limited to:
- Delhivery
- BlueDart
- XpressBees
- DTDC
- Ecom Express
- India Post (for select remote areas)
Our logistics system automatically assigns the most appropriate courier partner
based on your pincode, order type, and current service availability. You will
receive the name of the assigned courier in your dispatch confirmation email.

7. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
7.1 Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts for each order.
7.2 If a delivery attempt fails (due to an incorrect address, unavailability
of the recipient, locked premises, etc.):
- You will receive an SMS or WhatsApp notification about the failed attempt.
- A re-attempt will be made within 24–48 hours.
- For COD orders, our support team may contact you to confirm the address
and schedule re-delivery.
7.3 If all 3 delivery attempts fail and the package cannot be delivered, it will
be returned to our warehouse (Return to Origin / RTO). In such cases:
- For prepaid orders: A refund will be processed after deducting the
forward and reverse shipping charges (up to INR 100).
- For COD orders: No payment was collected, so no refund is applicable.
The order will be cancelled.
7.4 If an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at the time of order:
- Please contact us at support@mythrafashion.com immediately before dispatch.
- Address changes cannot be made after the order has been dispatched.
- We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address information.

8. ADDRESS CHANGE REQUESTS
8.1 You may request an address change only before the order is dispatched.
8.2 To request an address change, email support@mythrafashion.com with:
- Your Order ID
- The corrected delivery address (including pincode and landmark)
- Your registered mobile number
8.3 Address changes are subject to approval and cannot be guaranteed. If the
order is already in transit, an address change is not possible.

9. PACKAGE INSPECTION AT DELIVERY
9.1 We strongly recommend that you inspect the package carefully at the time
of delivery before signing the delivery receipt.
9.2 If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged, tampered, or unsealed:
- You may refuse delivery and ask the delivery agent to note this.
- Inform us at support@mythrafashion.com within 24 hours with photographs.
9.3 Once the package is accepted and signed for at delivery, we are unable to
process damage claims arising from shipping unless supported by an unboxing
video.
9.4 We strongly encourage customers to record an unboxing video when opening
their Mythrafashion package. This is especially helpful in resolving any
dispute regarding damaged, incorrect, or missing items.

10. DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR MISSING ITEMS
10.1 If your order arrives with a damaged product, an incorrect item, or is
missing items, please:
(a) Contact us at support@mythrafashion.com within 48 hours of delivery.
(b) Provide your Order ID, a clear photograph of the product and the
packaging, and an unboxing video if available.
10.2 We will review your claim within 2–3 business days and arrange a
replacement, refund, or other resolution as applicable.
10.3 Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery for shipping damage may not be
accepted at our discretion.

11. BULK ORDERS AND GIFTING
11.1 For bulk orders (10+ units), institutional orders, or gifting enquiries,
please write to us at support@mythrafashion.com before placing the order.
Bulk orders may have different dispatch and delivery timelines.
11.2 Gift wrapping and personalised message cards are available on select
orders for a nominal additional charge. This option, if available, will
be displayed on the product page or at checkout.

12. FORCE MAJEURE
Mythrafashion and its logistics partners shall not be held responsible for
delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including
but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (floods, cyclones, earthquakes)
- Civil unrest, strikes, or government-imposed lockdowns
- Public health emergencies or quarantine restrictions
- Extreme weather conditions
- Courier partner operational outages
We will make every effort to communicate such delays proactively and resolve
them at the earliest possible time.
